Knowledgeable and experienced Toronto Zoo
Volunteers present our Zoo to You programs, which include engaging activities, discussions, and lots of biofacts (animal
coverings, skulls, and more) to explore. Learning the curriculum has never been so much fun!
Each session is 1 to 1 ½ hours in length.
Maximum 30 students per session.
Cost: $100/session (Toronto area), second session $50
$150/session (outside Toronto area)

Programs with Live Animals!
Invite Animal Amassadors from the Zoo into your classroom for a truly memorable experience. In addition to the
activities, discussions, and biofacts from our Zoo to You programs, your class will also be visited by two amazing
animal visitors which illustrate curriculum concepts right before your students' eyes!

Touch Cases

Touch Cases are full of fascinating hands- on animals biofacts, pictures and suggested activities for use in your classroom. Touch Cases can be borrowed for $30 per month. Transportation to and from the Zoo is the teacher's responsibility.

Zoo Volunteers
Knowledgeable Zoo Volunteers deliver tours and Outreach Programs. Their interest in wildlife, conservation, education and children is what they share in common. Volunteers complete a twelve-week training course and write an exam before they become eligible to present educational programs. Many professions are represented in our volunteer group, including former teachers.
