The best way to throw yourself into the Zoo experience is to join our family. As Zoo members, you and your own family will enjoy year round access to more than 5,000 animals and 237 hectares of adventure.

Order on-line your NEW or GIFT membership and begin your many wild zoo experiences immediately! After your online purchase is completed, you can print from home your temporary membership pass. Bring this pass, along with a photo ID, to any open admission booth to gain admission to the Zoo. Enjoy the Zoo and all the many benefits your membership has to offer!
Other Renewal Options
- By phone: please call 416-392-9101 and speak to one of our staff who will be happy to assist you.
- By mail: print and complete an application form or the renewal application mailed out to expiring memberships, and mail to Toronto Zoo - Membership Unit, 361A Old Finch Ave., Toronto, ON M1B 5K7
- By fax: print and complete an application form and fax to Membership Unit at 416-392-5863.
